We believe that all patients should have access to quality, affordable care. If you need a root canal and your regular dentist does not do root canals and has given you a referral, we may be able to help. Dr. Horcha is not an endodontist. Endodontists are dentists who continue their education and become specialists.
Although she is not an endodontist, Dr. Horcha has a passion for root canals and has completed over 60 hours of continuing education on the subject. She has had a special interest in root canals since dental school. She chose a general practice residency where she would be able to do as many root canals as possible. She also spent a year and a half working in public health providing root canal services to an underserved population. Dr. Horcha feels strongly that all patients should have access to quality, affordable root canal care. Since she is not a specialist, we are able to keep our prices lower, and we are in-network with most insurances. That means that you will pay the same amount at Newberry Dental as you would if your dentist had done the root canal in their office. If a case is very complex or Dr. Horcha feels that it would be better for you to see a specialist, we will help direct you to an endodontist who can treat you.

Since our prices are lower than many other options, we have patients who travel to us from all over Indiana. We get many referrals from Scottsburg, Bloomington, Terre Haute, and Lafayette.
